I'm trying to send emails from an old server. It's ssl cerficate expired in 2015, but sendmail was working until last week.

I unsuccessfullly tried to update it's certified last week using cpanel and it broke my sendmail.

I'm getting this connection refused.

Connection: opening to ssl://vps.ibrvn.com:465, t=10, opt=array ( )

SMTP ERROR: Failed to connect to server: Connection refused (111) 

I'm using PHPMailer

I tried to open 465 port, but it seems that the configuration files are ok. I have no idea where to start looking now.
