iTerm2 - avoid other iTerm windows popup when launching from command line

there is a lot of options like launch new iTerm2 window from command line and execute command in it. For examle:

#!/bin/bash
osascript - "$@" <<EOF
on run argv
tell application "iTerm"
activate
set new_term to (create window with default profile)
tell new_term
tell the current session
repeat with arg in argv
write text arg
end repeat
end tell
end tell
end tell
end run
EOF

but my problem is as in that moment every already opened iTerm windows goes up. I have a lot of windows on multiple monitors, and when I do so - every window of iTerm (usually > 5) comes up over other windows, along with the new one.. all known to me (which i found) approaches uses osascript for that.

so, maybe there is other approach which just launch windows with command and avoid raise all iTerm windows over the others?

thanks.
