Match scale across two monitors of different sizes windows 7

I have dual monitors of the same 1920-1080 resolutions but different sizes. For my work i'm analyzing large spreadsheets and i want to have it go across both screens continuously so I can follow the rows across.
I tried changing the resolution on the smaller screen to match the bigger one but the display settings don't allow for constant aspect ratio or fine scaling. Also, doing this noticeable degrades the resolution.
So I'm asking if there is any way to do this in windows 7?
I have found similar questions online, but they all reference windows 8 or 10, I could not find any solutions for this OS.

it's not possible. Different DPIs for different monitors was introduced in Windows 8.1. If you want to stay with Windows 7 you have to accept that
