Publishing an apk on google play store is stuck at processing [on hold]
While uploading the apk on google play store it is stuck at processing.
After some time it shows Upload error.
Tried with different browser and different PC as well.
Please help me resolving this issue.

Looks like many people are facing the issue from couple of hours. I asked some of my friends they are also having same problem, so problem should be from Google side. Just wait for an hour or so and try to upload again or check back this SO page to see if some one post issue solved or something like that and try to upload. Good luck!!!

Lots of people are getting this issue today. So the issue seems to be in Google's side. Wait for a day for Google to resolve this issue.
If everything with your App Name, Icons, Package Name, Signing etc is correct and you still cannot upload, the issue may not be on your side. So, the best thing to do will be to wait it out for a day.

Seems like the issue is from their side. They are rejecting the request with the reason in response containing agent_rejected
. Maybe we can't do anything other than to wait or to file a report on the support channel.
P.S. Below error response is obtained using Chrome on a Windows machine

A lot of my friends are also getting this error. I think this is an error from Google's side.
I suggest filing a support ticket stating this error so that they would be forced to fix this ASAP.

Another reason probably is, that Google is preparing something and their servers are simply overloaded ;-)

Oh, something else came up when opening the play console now:
An unexpected error occurred. Please try again later. (88xxxxxx)

I chatted with google support, and apparently, apk you upload first time passes well, but some sort of error occures, and next time you try to upload, you'll get conflicting versions.

The Problem is in the application code maybe you are violating the Google App Policies which they have changed recently. Refer to this article

also changed the browsers (safari, firefox, chrome) but didnt work out. re-login: doesn't help incognito/cookies clean: nope too cellular/switch WIFI: nope too

Please be sure that none of this occurs 1. you are uploading Debug apk 2. You are uploading apk without incrementing Version number 3. You are uploading some other apk 4. Signing Key Change

Just wait for an hour or so and try to upload again or check back this SO page to see if some one post issue solved or something like that and try to upload. Good luck!!!
