I have had M.Sc., Ph. D degrees in mathematics.I had 10 years of teaching experience as an assistant professor in mathematics. My Ph. D title is " Some contribution to the methods of solving fractional partial differential equations". What should I Specify as core of specialization in my C.V.

It depends on who you are applying to. If a research post the details will matter if a general management one the it might be enough to say PhD in maths.
