Clonezilla: how to compare file checksums between source and cloned partitions?

0

I have cloned an HDD containing NTFS partitions using clonezilla with the "compare file checksums" option enabled.

This disk has 4 partitions:

  • sda1 (primary)

  • sda2 (primary)

  • sda3 (extended)

    • sda5 (logical, in sda3)

The cloning seems to have succeeded, but during the phase where clonezilla generates the file checksums, it failed for sda3 (an extended partition) and did not check for sda5 after that).

Can clonezilla do only a check of the file checksums between source and cloned sda5 without repeating the whole process (even if only for this partition)?
