Remote Desktop Connection to VMs(bridged connection to mobile hotspot)

I have a Dell precision tower that hosts 10 virtual machines. Each vm has own bridged connection to internet via WiFi adapters. The setup is following

10 virtual machines

10 WiFi adapters

10 mobile phones to be used as internet provider

VMware workstation pro

Therefore, Each vm has it's own connection to internet. My host machine has static IP and connected to ISP, so that I can access it anytime via RDP. I want to be able to access the virtual machines via RDP also. My goal is to achieve that 5 people can connect to these VMs any time and make their jobs concurrently. As mobile carrier does not allow to open port, I could not manage it.
What can you suggest me to achieve it?

  • Does the mobile carrier not allow to open any port, or are ports with numbers beyond 1024 allowed? Are you using Android?

  • Yes, Teamviewer is possible but RDP provides a more comfortable experience. I created a request to my mobile carrier to open 3389 port but I am not sure if it is possible within the carrier side. If it is possible to create remote desktop connections to host machine, I would prefer it because the host machine has Static IP and I can always access it and manage my VMs. The problem is multiple people can concurrently access it
