Can not get Outlook Application Folder to work

0

I have the following code to connect to folders in Outlook

Function Set_Mail_Boxes()

Dim myOutlookApp As Outlook.Application
Dim myNameSpace As Outlook.NameSpace
Dim myfolder(1 To 3) As Outlook.MAPIFolder

Set myOutlookApp = CreateObject("Outlook.Application")

Set myNameSpace = myOutlookApp.GetNamespace("MAPI")
Set myfolder(1) = myNameSpace.Folders("IRO Billing Reconciliation Team")
Set myfolder(1) = myfolder(1).Folders("Inbox")
Set myfolder(1) = myfolder(1).Folders("SV01_Production")
Set myfolder(1) = myfolder(1).Folders("Processing")

Set myNameSpace = myOutlookApp.GetNamespace("MAPI")
Set myfolder(3) = myNameSpace.Folders("IRO Billing Reconciliation Team")
Set myfolder(3) = myfolder(3).Folders("Inbox")
Set myfolder(3) = myfolder(3).Folders("SV01_Production")
Set myfolder(3) = myfolder(3).Folders("Processing")
Set myfolder(3) = myfolder(3).Folders("Temp")

End Function

Setting myfolder(1) works fine but for myfolder(3) as soon as it gets to ("Temp") I get an error that it cant be found, even though it is there and can see it.

Is there a folder limit?

  • Have you researched whether there is a folder limit and what it might be?
