So i upgraded my plan to Pay as you go since i used all the 13K credit in my account. Now, when i asked where did the credit go she said thet I was using premium SDD. She told me to delete the virtual machine which was using premium HDD and the resourced in the storage section will be deleted automatically. But that did not happen.

No 2. After the upgrade I am unable to connect to my VMs. Can any one tell me any specific solution ?

No 3. If i delete the storage resource will it effect my VMs?
