RX 580 Not Detected / Recognized

0

My rx 580 videocard is not recognized by Windows, not even as a basic video device. When I connect to gpu using hdmi there is no signal, I will not even post to the bios. I have checked bios settings (gigabyte gaming 7 z97x motherboard), and set everything possible to UEFI mode. I know PSU works, because it ran GTX 1080 TI couple of weeks ago. I am pretty sure videocard works as well because it is pretty much new and I had tested it a while ago. I have attempted almost every solution, though it might appear as though the card is dead, I am fairly certain that it still works, as I had this issue in the past, but I don't recall the solution at the present. Any help is appreciated. Thank You.

  • Weirdly enough I can still play games on my pc. I just run CUPHEAD at 4k, which to my knowledge HD4600 integrated video card can't do.
