How did I perform in the onsite interview?

On Tuesday (Today is Sunday) I had an onsite interview, which consisted of 4 rounds, all technical. Each round was scheduled for 45 minutes.
Round 1 was conducted by the hiring manager himself. Since we talked before on the phone, this round ended 15 minutes earlier.
The interviewers of round 3&4 were engineers reporting to the HM. I also had good feelings for these two rounds.
When I asked about the overseas projects the new hire would get involved with, all the three interviewers tried to give as more details as possible.
What concerns me was the 2nd round. The interviewer claimed that he was my former colleague, and knew my team, but I didn't know him. He also said that He was on the same rank as the HM did, although his duties were purely technical.
He asked many tough technical questions and often questioned my answers (they were correct, though), extending the round to 75 minutes, 30 minutes longer than expected.
At the end this round, I asked the same question about overseas projects, he only briefly introduced them, and said that he could not tell more at this stage due to the NDA, and would be happy to talk more "if I were hired".
3 business days have passed, but I have received nothing yet. I am worried about the review of the second interviewer.

It doesn't sound like there is a question here that anyone other than the second interviewer can answer. Maybe he didn't like your answers. Maybe he's a relatively tough interviewer. Maybe he was told to use more time because the next couple folks were running late or the first person finished early.
