We can't tell you what to do - that is up to you. And the title is asking something very different from the body; what is it that you want to know from us?

  • Do you have a written contract? If so, what does it say about duration of contract and notice? What is your education and skill level? See Gulfnews When can an employee get a labour ban in the UAE? for a summary.

As far as I can tell, Dubai employment law is quite heavily pro-employer. Given the fixed term contract, and the possibility that your employer's salary delays could be considered constructive dismissal, you should consult a local lawyer.

However, you may end up having to choose between continuing with your current employer, or facing a ban.
