Hermann Tilke (Olpe, 31 de diciembre de 1954) es un ingeniero civil alemán.[1]​


Tilke fundó la Tilke GmbH Ingenieure and Architekten en Aquisgrán en 1984, uniendo arquitectura e ingeniería civil y electrónica.
