How should I turn Bluetooth if it is not available in win10 action center

I ha a upgraded my laptop to Windows 8.1 pro to Windows 10 pro and yes my laptop was upgaraded from Windows 7 home to Windows 8.1 pro then to Windows 10 pro still in the action center there is no option of Bluetooth button what should I do
Please someone help me to fix this problem

Does your laptop actually have Bluetooth?

Please turn your laptop upside down and obtain its model number from the serial number plate, then click on edit above at left, and add that useful information to the original post where all may see it. We need you to help us help you.
