How to change font size? non-editor pane

I see how to change the font and size for editor windows in VS and SSMS.
I do not yet see how to change the font size in the non-editor window panes such as Properties, Object Explorer, Registered Servers, etc.
How can that incredibly small font be made larger?

Are you by change using a 4k screen? Then it might be the Windows DPI Scaling.

Are you by change using a 4k screen? Then it might be the Windows DPI Scaling.
