How to merge partitions in Mac OS
I had 2 partitions on my Mac, tried to expand one by creating one more partition named "Temp".
Now, how can I merge Temp into High-Sierra?
For better understanding, refer the pics:

Edit you answer and add the output from the Terminal application commanddiskutil list
. If you created the Temp partition by shrinking El Capitan, then the answer probably is that the Temp partition can not be merged with High Sierra.
