How to merge partitions in Mac OS

I had 2 partitions on my Mac, tried to expand one by creating one more partition named "Temp".
Now, how can I merge Temp into High-Sierra?
For better understanding, refer the pics:

Edit you answer and add the output from the Terminal application commanddiskutil list. If you created the Temp partition by shrinking El Capitan, then the answer probably is that the Temp partition can not be merged with High Sierra.
