How to combine my microphone + browser sound into Input Device

I want to combine and exclude other windows sounds to make input device.

For example:

I am playing CSGO with my friends and we want to sing with my music ON using my stereo mix as my input device. The only problem was they can also listen to their voice and my ingame sound and it become echo.

What I want to do is on my input device are my voice(microphone) and music(google chrome sound) and exclude the ingame sound + their voicemic(CSGO).

EDIT 1

I've used Audio Router but I don't know how to get my microphone voice.
