It used to crash once, maybe twice, a day after I turn on the pc and then it was alright, checked my ram memory which is fine, and checked my power supply also working fine. So now I'm wondering what could cause the problem and what could solve it. Could I resolve the problem with just setting up new windows or is it a hardware issue? I suspect the motherboard and lastly CPU. This is happening for two months now.

Hard to tell one way or another. A fresh OS could be the start of the troubleshooting.
