Singing a white paper given by my manger

0

I work as class room teacher in a kid garden for almost two years now.

Last week, my manger called me to sign a warning letter claiming for a small issue that is not may fault and not part of my job description. I have refused to sign and my manger told me to talk the next day.

The next day, I met my manger and after some discussion she told me do not worry it is not a big deal just sing this paper and I will write the warning paragraph later.

I have singed completely white paper not even a warning form; it is completely empty paper!!! Yes this is the most idiot and stupid act that anyone could do.

Now, after I return back to home I realized how danger is what I did. I do not know what I should do now? Note that my manger is not ethical person; she has high desire to feel important. She always want to feel that all teacher s are loyal to hear and follow her orders.

I do not know what she is planning to do with this. No idea if she is really planning to so something wrong with it.

Shall I speak to HR about this case although I do not have any evidence to prove the case?
