How to *import* VLC settings?
The question of how to export VLC settings is answered here and in the VLC docs.
What both answers omit, however, is how to import settings.
My first guess would be simply cp vlcrc ~/Library/Preferences/org.videolan.vlc/vlcrc but I'd like to ask before potentially blowing away the settings of a fresh VLC install.
