I've been trying to sketch the time evolution of the trajectory of the fixed points by applying stability analysis to momentum and position time evolutions but in the end even though everything was correct I had a 4x4 matrix that I can not find the eigenvectors from because they have undetermined variables like mass and angular frequency.

This question is too vague for us to answer. Please add more details, currently, we just have a very general idea of the problem you are trying to solve.
