Calendar invites showing acceptance responses, which I don't want

When I send an invite from my calendar, I uncheck response required and it works.

When I send an invite from another calendar that I have been delegated to, it doesn't work.

I'm trying to avoid numerous acceptance responses.

Please help us help you by clicking on edit and advise if this is the Microsoft Calendar shipped with Windows 10, Outlook,, Google Calendar, so some other calendar app. Editing the original post is preferred to replies in Comments, as that improves the original question.
