windows routing, 3 routers to same eth port

I have 3 LTE routers connected to same eth port (using unmanaged switch).



I added static ip for each and GW:



192.168.50.2 192.168.50.1
192.168.100.2 192.168.100.1
192.168.101.2 192.168.101.1


But while trying to exit from each port to the internet (using ccproxy)
I is not working most of the time, or only one port is working.



I did persist route:



Persistent Routes:
Network Address Netmask Gateway Address Metric
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.1.1 Default
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 84.228.111.111 Default
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.31.1 Default
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.2.254 Default
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 192.168.40.1 Default
192.168.101.2 255.255.255.0 192.168.101.1 1
192.168.100.2 255.255.255.0 192.168.100.1 1
