3 months contract position possible extension in utsw [on hold]

-4

I was called by a recruiter for a 3+ months contract position possible extension as Administrative Assistant in UTSW.
Is it safe that I would resign from my low paid permanent position with no benefits and take up this position. Please advise.

  • If you give us more information we might be able to help you. What is this UTSW? What field do you work in? what country are you talking about? What do you know about this recruiter? How long can you afford to be out of work? How easy is it to find work in your field in your area? Lots of questions.

  • Are you asking whether the job might be converted into a permanent position in the future? Ask them. You might be covering for someone's leave. If they come back...no job. Would you get a boost on finding another position?
