Running ciphertool on a docker instance
Currently I'm running the WSO2 Enterprise Integrator 6.4.0 (docker hub: https://hub.docker.com/r/wso2/wso2ei-integrator) as a docker instance locally. When I run it using the regular run command I provide it with my own conf directory but otherwise standard configs.
The server itself runs fine but I'm having trouble setting up ciphertool. As per documentation this configuration needs to run before turning on the actual server(/service). However, when I shut the service down (i.e.: ./integrator.sh stop
command) it automatically shuts down my docker instance as well, therefor preventing me from running the ciphertool. Of course, when I then rerun the server it automatically starts the WSO2 server and I am once again too late.
Since I'm very new to both docker as well as the WSO2 suite I'm not quite sure how to tackle this problem. I would assume I could adjust the dockerfile and run the ciphertool command before executing the service but that would mean manual input after each run, so I can't imagine that being the solution.

No one? My question is still somewhat relevant and I think I'm simply missing something really obvious.
