linux GRUB2 boot loader - how to hook windows truecrypted drive?

}
I have 3 drives - first is windows 7 - totally encrypted by truecrypt (full hdd encryption). Second is linux (mint), then third is data drive.
I would like to boot from linux HDD with GRUB2 boot menu (very elegant), but I would like to have Windows 7 there (and it is there!) that I can boot up immediately by typing truecrypt password - and it is not possible atm.
How to edit grub/win config files so I can always start with second drive (got this by bios settings) and when I choose linux there (default) I start with linux, and when I choose windows 7 I immediately get truecrypt password screen to continue (cause now when I choose win7 I get error...)?
