Strange certification verification error on https://go.microsoft.com/

0

I am currently re-installing my Visual Studio 2017. But the installer alerts my that it cannot download package from https://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?linkid=94001.

And then I try to access this url directly by browser(chrome), it is alerting me NET::ERR_CERT_COMMON_NAME_INVALID. Finally, I figure out that I cannot get into any pages from the domain: https://go.microsoft.com/

I tried to remove all SSL certificate cache, clear all browser settings, cache and history, but no luck.

I cannot access this domain only from one of my computers, that's make me feel strange.

I am not connecting to proxy, that's a personal computer only, but I do connect to internet through router. I closed the security scan as well. I test in edge, yes, still the same problem.

I am retrying to reset the network card to see if any luck.
