Creating Excel Financial model
I have created a model that calculates the monthly cost of a property and would like to return the annual cost in a table below it. What function would you use to return an annual value that could then be applied for the next 9 rows(for years 1-10). Additionally I'd like to count the number of months rent was abated in those years with a function that could then be applied in the same way.enter image description here
