How to mount Intel NUC to monitor with 200mm VESA

I plan to buy one of intel NUC and 40+ inch monitor with 200 mm VESA mount. According to user guide, intel NUC comes with VESA bracket and "If your television or display has VESA holes in a larger pattern (example: 200 mm × 200 mm), you can use a VESA mount adapter plate."

Looking at adaptors, these seems like huge overkill for nuc, obviously these are for mounting heavy monitor on wall. Some are just plate which I am not sure how to add between monitor and NUC. Any smart clean solution for this?
