Jupyter Notebook won't start, asks token auth on opening

I've installed Anaconda (Windows) 64-bit graphical installer v3.7
After installation, I found a rather strange error, the jupyter notebook starts and doesn't show any of my files like it should normally do (as shown in the pic below), enter image description here



So when I go to change directory and click on that blue folder, I get this:

I googled and it said reinstalling, Same error again (on reinstalling)
So I found another post saying I need to set the auth. token first. So I set the auth. token for port 8888, Now everytime I open Jupyter it comes like this:Token_Page



I tried entering the token that I've set/also tried entering Anaconda-cloud-password, nothing happens, it throws an error: Error 403



I've tried uninstalling and reinstalling couple of times. Same thing happens each time.
Plz do help me here.
I'm not a complete newbie to anaconda, I've worked previously on Jupyter but I had to uninstall it due to some reasons and when I reinstalled it, it throws me errors. I've almost tried everything I've found on google.
