I wonder how to direct-message Stack Exchanges users, who answered my questions and whom I wanna ask questions further. Without a high reputation, I'm not able to comment on other people's questions.

It’s not possible to direct message users on any StackExchange website. You can always comment on your own question.

  • What if I wanna comment on other people's questions, without a high reputation?

  • Hi there I think your question is duplicate of meta.stackexchange.com/questions/126569/send-direct-messages (which in turn is a duplicate of meta.stackexchange.com/questions/431/… ). Quick tip: I found those links by using the following Google search google.co.uk/search?q=stackoverflow+direct+message so you might be able to use searches to find answers too!

@feynman - You cannot. The privilege to comment can be earned by asking good questions and submitting quality answers to questions and having those contributions be upvoted. Might want to read our help center to better understand our community and what is and isn’t within our scope. So you avoid having your question closed.

BTW: it's bad netiquette to use comments to ask entirely new questions via an old question (see meta.stackoverflow.com/a/321823/2732969 ). In short it's impolite to game the system in order to get the attention of someone specific ;-) Note: this different to what you're doing right in these comments because here you are clearly asking about information that is related to your original question plus this a new question.
