as the team work is very important so it is quite sure that all the members should work together and be responsible for that team work and we are working for the society welfare and proper pays had been given to them but they are not much serious in their work so it's a big loss for me. I just want to manage all the work that was destroyed so this situation can be controlled. Now what should be done should i talk to them or i start my work with some new members. But some of the members that were working for me were my good friends and they also belonged to a poor family.my work is basically to work under a trust that works for the people now the problem is that my co-workers are fail to do work they are not working according to the instruction their little mistak cause a big trouble(the lost of data as well as the oppertunities).so in that case its became a mashup of all the problems

Is this a team that you are a part of, one that you employ, or both? Is social welfare what you are working to improve, or are you working with social welfare programs? Was your team not doing the work at all, doing it poorly, or something else? Did they destroy work that was already done, or did they cause opportunities to be missed, or have they made some other parts of the work more difficult? Basically, what kind of work are you doing, what is your role, what did your team do (or fail to do), and what were the consequences? What specific problems were there that you want to solve?

You should come up with a clear question and a very simple description, and then elaborate that description as necessary while doing editing for spelling and grammar before posting it again. After you write it, have someone else read it to make sure it makes sense and is coherent.
