i have an “obsolete” generation 3 ipod and need to get past the setup screen [closed]

my problem is that iTunes will not recognize "obsolete" devices. help.this is sentence two. this is sentence three. this is sentence four. this is sentence 5.this is sentence 6. this is sentence 7. how would I bypass setup?
