Ranked Gaming client EXE is not running on wine in Manjaro

i am trying to run an exe called "rgc.exe" which is known as "Ranked Gaming Client".
when i try to run it with "wine rgc.exe" in the bash , i get the following output and exe won't run.
0009:fixme:msvcrt:__clean_type_info_names_internal (0x3985c0) stub
0009:fixme:msvcrt:__clean_type_info_names_internal (0x100385c0) stub
0009:fixme:msvcrt:__clean_type_info_names_internal (0x11371b8) stub
This does not look like errors, But can't figure out where the issue is.
Please help me to solve this bug. Thanks.

The WineHQ page says You must install the Visual c++ libraries through winetricks: appdb.winehq.org/objectManager.php?sClass=version&iId=24653
