I'm trying to install NX10 and my OS is also Window 10 and when the installation process is starting, I face the error as shown below:

Installer UI Mode Error

Installer User interface Mode Not Supported

The installer cannot run in this UI mode. To specify the interface mode, use the -i command option, followed by the UI mode identifier. The valid UI modes identifiers are GUI, Console, and Silent.

By the way, I tried the below solution and it didn't work:

  1. Right-click the Appscan Source installer file and select Properties.

  2. Select the Compatibility tab.

  3. Select Run this program in compatibility mode for: and then, in the menu, select Windows 7.

  4. Click Apply and OK to save the change.

  5. To run the installer, right-click it and select Run as administrator.

  • How do you to install NX10? It sounds like you need to add a command lien option somehow (very roughly nx_setip.exe -i some_IU_mode)
