re Calibre e-book management

-1

i have looked and explored, but i am looking for a "simple explanation" as to moving my old Calibre library from my old PC to my new PC (Windows 10, both)
i've tried following instructions, first not being able to move files because it ALWAYS said my thumb drive was npt empty when it was. eventually i exported all my data to a "new Folder" i created on my old computer, then was able to move that file to my thumb drive, so now i have a file that looks like this (part-0001.calibre-data) but understand how to import it to my new computer. i am 70 and very challenged as you may have assumed, so please be gentle, thanks
