W10-64(1809) Wi-fi shows “No Internet, Secured” but is connected, and can't disconnect

someone asked previously but Answer is not there

Ever since last week's update to W10-64(1809), my Wi-fi systray pull-up panel shows "No Internet, Secured", the systray icon gets an ! on it, probably yellow,

but the button below wi-fi shows "disconnect" meaning it is still connected. And when I click "disconnect" button, it sort of hangs. Several things stop working. I have to restart w10. Then it works normally.

This happens 3-4 times a day. I use this wi-fi and net dongle interchangingly, so it might occur more times had I been on wi-fi longer.

This problem has never occurred in w8.1 and earlier w10

My quick solution is: take out wi-fi connector (802.11in?) from usb socket and put it again. It starts working. of-course, wi-fi net is disconnected and I have not set it to reconnect automatically, so I have to manually connect it.

The above "by-pass" solution is not the cure of the actual problem. So, I am looking for solutions to cure the source of this problem.

Thanks.
